Insurance & Payment Options

Greater Rochester Chiropractic believes in the value of Chiropractic Care for you and your family. The majority of insurance companies cover Chiropractic Care, and our practice participates in most insurance programs. Please call us at our Brighton office: (585) 442-3220 or our Webster office:(585)787-1310 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for Chiropractic Care.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at GRC. We accept auto accident, and personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans, and because coverage for Chiropractic Care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a Chiropractic Care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.

No Insurance

Our goal at Greater Rochester Chiropractic is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of Chiropractic Care and Spinal Adjustments. For patients who have little or no Chiropractic insurance coverage, we can arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. Chiropractic care is often less invasive (i.e., less risk), less expensive, and more effective than alterative treatment options such as pain medication, physical therapy, corticosteroid injections, and surgery.

Referral Needed?

In most cases. referrals from a medical doctor are not required. Most health insurance covers chiropractic care and self-referral is routine. If you have been referred by another health care provider, please inform us so that we can communicate directly with him or her.

Referral Exceptions

The following plans require a referral from your Primary Care Physician:

  • Aetna student policies
  • United Healthcare student policies
  • Contact your primary care doctor, who will send us the necessary referral paperwork.
