We have a chiropractor on-call at all times for Chiropractic emergencies. Call: 585-442-3220.

If the office is closed, follow the prompts for emergencies, leave a message and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible.

If the office is open, let the receptionist know that you are in acute pain and we will get you an appointment on the same day whenever possible.

Please note, most patients in severe, acute pain respond best to ice therapy rather than heat.

Click here for Cold/Ice Therapy Instructions.

If ice doesn't help and your pain is too severe, you should call 911 for assistance.

If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, such as shortness of breath, 'crushing' chest pressure, difficulty speaking, severe dizziness or visual disturbance, inability to walk without assistance, or bowel and/or bladder incontinence, call 911.
