We are in network with most major insurance companies including BlueCross BlueShield, Independent Health, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also accept No-Fault and Workers Compensation cases. Payment is due at the time-of-service. If you have insurance coverage; your co-payment or co-insurance is dictated by your specific insurance plan. We accept cash, credit card (VISA, MC, Discover), and personal checks.
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you on your first visit. If you were in an auto accident or were injured at work, please bring all applicable documentation.
If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic coverage, we want to help you receive the care you need, so please call us to make payment arrangements prior to your appointment.
